Calculators

Everything you type into a calculator or simulator is processed in your browser. It is not sent to our servers. Share links contain plan settings only (rates, tiers, quota, team-level assumptions) — never names, emails or deal lists — and anyone with the link can read them.

Analytics

The preview has no analytics provider. When one is added, it will record only which tool was used and coarse buckets (for example team size 11–50), never the amounts you enter, and it will ask for consent where the law requires it.

Introduction requests

The introduction form is a preview and is not connected: nothing you type is sent anywhere. Before it is connected, this page will describe the legal basis, the recipients you choose, retention and deletion, and how to exercise your rights.

Vendor listing requests

The "list your software" form is for software vendors. It collects the product name and website, your name, work email, role, the pages you point us to and your message, only to process your listing or correction request (legitimate interest). Submissions are received through Formspree, which acts as our processor. We keep them for as long as the vendor relationship needs them and at most 3 years after the last exchange; write to us to access or delete them.
